We have advised oil majors and private entities with oil and gas interests in India, Nigeria, Kenya, Myanmar, the Middle East, Mali, Mozambique, Kurdistan and Equatorial Guinea. Rupin Pawha has been advisor to the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India. Members of our team were counsels to the assignee in the FIRST EVER assignment of an oil block under the RSC (Revenue Sharing Contract) regime undertaken in India.
